My name is Kenneth Snipps. My whereabouts
must remain a secret in order to allow me
to stay alive.
 
There are groups within the government who
would like to see me dead. I know this
because they have said so.
 
In a recent letter I sent to the Department
of Transportation, I explained that by not
including the apostrophe in the phrase
DONT WALK on crossing signals, the D.O.T.
was contributing to the illiteracy of America.
 
In the response letter the commissioner
threatened me with bodily harm.
 
So I have taken my theories, opinions and
vague assumptions and posted them here
for the world to see.
